Derwentwater Designs Cross Stitch kits are produced in the beautiful English Lake District, home of William Wordsworth and the Lakeland poets. The designs, primarily by Rose Swalwell were initially produced largely for her own stitching, became so great that Derwentwater Designs was estabilshed to supply these kits to the needlework enthusiast. Although many of the Derwentwater Designs cross stitch kits are still designed by Rose, the work of other talented designers is also used.

The Derwentwater range offers some of the most beautiful representations of the bucolic English landscape available as cross stitch kits.
